Remember the Magic School Bus? Imagine you got the chance to hop on board with Mrs. Frizzle. That's basically what Virtual Explorers is!
Your kid will explore outer space, dive deep under the ocean to see a life-sized blue whale, and shrink down to the size of a molecule to discover the world of atoms.
From exploring historical sites to creating 3D virtual art, your child will be having so much fun that they won't realize how much they are actually learning.

We know that your child is the most important thing in your life. We make it our primary responsibility to ensure your child has a safe atmosphere to learn, express themselves, and play in a positive environment.
We will be accessible at all times by phone by calling (726) 227-6496. If you ever need to reach your child, feel free to call us and we will help out right away.
We limit class sizes to 8 campers per class. The small size ensures your kid's camp counselor will have eyes on your child at all times. I (Wes, the owner) will also be keeping an eye on everyone at all times to ensure everything is running safe and smooth.
All camp counselors are required to pass an extensive background check. If you have any other concerns or would like to meet us in person, give us a call and we are happy to help!

Virtual Explorers Camp is broken into two sections: World Adventurer and Build & Create. Your child can choose between exploring the world to discover natural wonders or get their creative energy flowing with 3D painting and engineering.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long are the summer camps?
We offer 2-day, 3-day, and 5-day summer camps. Our camps are day camps, so you can drop your child off from 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM and pick them up from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM. If you are a working parent, we offer an optional late pick-up until 6:00 PM.
What is your Refund Policy?
Full Refund Eligibility:
First Camp Guarantee: If it is a child’s first camp and they are not satisfied after the first day, a full refund is available if requested before the start of the second day.
Advance Cancellation: Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the camp’s start date. Alternately, a camp swap can be arranged, subject to availability.
Partial Refund (50%):For cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the camp start date, a partial refund of 50% is granted. A free camp swap option is also available, recognizing unexpected changes in plans.
No Refund:No refunds or swaps will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the camp start date. At this late stage, resources and staffing are already allocated, making it difficult to accommodate changes. This policy aims to be fair to both the families and the camp, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that camp preparations are effectively managed.
My kid has an allergy. How can I be sure that this is communicated to the right person?
We understand that your child's health and safety are paramount. Similarly, ensuring the safety of all our guests is our foremost concern. Hence, we will inquire about any allergies or dietary restrictions on multiple occasions before your child commences camp. Within our booking forms for summer camps, there's a checkbox provided to indicate any allergy or dietary restriction for each child. Additionally, on the first day of camp during the drop-off and check-in, parents are asked to complete a child information form, documenting essential details such as emergency contacts, allergies/dietary restrictions, and medications. Jacked-In VR also issues an ID badge to each child, listing any food allergies identified during the booking process and camp check-in.
Will my kids have fun in VR Camp? Will they learn?
Absolutely, a great time awaits them! We are passionate about making sure everyone is having a fun and memorable time, but are also making time to learn new concepts in an engaging way. Should I send my kid to camp with lunch or snack?
You can send your child to camp with their own lunch or we can provide Subway Box Lunches to your child. Jacked-In VR wil also provide packaged snacks for all children. Should you wish to supply your child with extra snacks you are certainly welcome to do so.
